What are the APN settings for Google Fi?

The APN settings for Google Fi are dependent on which network you are connected to: T-Mobile or Sprint. In general, you shouldn't need to change these settings if you're using a phone designed for Google Fi.

How to change the APN settings on Android

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Mobile networks
  3. Select Access Point Names
  4. Select the APN you want to edit or create a new APN
  5. Enter the APN settings provided by your carrier or Google Fi
  6. Save changes and enable the new APN

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Mobile Data
  3. Select Mobile Data Options
  4. Select Mobile Data Network

How to check if you're using 5G with Google Fi

If you have a 5G-capable phone and are in an area with 5G coverage, your phone should automatically connect to the 5G network if the settings are enabled. To check if you're connected to the 5G network:

  2. Select Mobile networks
  3. Select Preferred network type
  4. If 5G is available, it should be listed as an option. Select it to connect.

A note on international roaming with Google Fi
